Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-8 days for your order to arrive.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

YES, you will receive AWB number (within 1 - 2 days) once you place an order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of AWB number. If still you face issue in tracking your orders, feel free to call or WhatsApp us at NUMBER

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different  warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck somewhere, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. 1. How long does it take to get a reply on whatsapp or on instagram?

We receive 100s of messages daily on instagram @otakusheaven_in hence, we expect you to wait for at least 12 hours after texting us. The timeline gets reset on every text message you send us on Instagram.

We ship from our warehouse located in Mumbai, Maharashtra 

3. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

 Yes, we do offer Cash On Delivery (Rs. 100)

5. What if some product is missing or damaged in my order?

This case rarely happens, but if there is any such issue, then we always ask you to drop a mail on support@otakusheaven.in or dm us on our instagram @otakusheaven.in within 48 Hours of receiving the parcel. If the mail is dropped after 48 hrs of receiving the parcel, the support team at Otakusheaven will not be able to help you.

6. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It will usually take 3-8 business days(NO SATURDAY SUNDAY) for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. Shipping can be delayed due to weather conditions and festival season.

7. Do you provide refund or return in case I face any issue with the product?

No, we do not accept any returns and refunds, but we can definitely help you with exchanges if there is any size issue or if by chance the product is damaged.  Please read that here Return & Refund Policy. We only provide exchanges in clothing or if the product has been damaged.

8. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take usually between 1-2 business days.(NO SATURDAY, SUNDAY)
